How it works

Piston is not a log app. It reads the RPE signal, applies the rules, and shows the reason behind each adjustment. Coaching logic, surfaced in the UI.

Counter-decisions matter as much as product decisions. Tools Piston doesn't use today, and directions it won't take tomorrow.
